Florence is in her fifth of seven years of primary school at Christ the King Demonstration. She lives with both of her parent, Filda and Terrence. Her favorite subject at school is math and she says when she grows up she want to become a nurse.

Eric lives with his mother, his brother, and his two sisters in Gulu in Northern Uganda. He is the eldest of his siblings. His father was a soldier, but passed away in 2007 by his own gun. His mother now works in local farms to earn money for food for the children. Eric loves singing and he would like to be a musician when he grows up. He was previously sponsored but his sponsors left the program.

Issac is in his third year at Christ the King Demonstration Primary school. His favorite subject to study is English and he wants to be a doctor when he grows up. He lives in Gulu district of Northern Uganda with his mother, Connie and his father, David.

Crisis is a beautiful young woman who lives with her parents and her siblings. When this information was gathered, Crisis was in the process of applying to a new secondary school where she could complete her secondary education. When at school, Crisis most enjoys studying Biology and so it makes sense that when she is finished with her education, she would love to go on to become a doctor. She hopes with the profession she can help her fellow citizens of Uganda.

Joel is starting his fifth year of primary school at Mother Angioletta, with only two more years to go after this before moving onto secondary school. He hopes to be an engineer when he grows up, but now most of his attention goes to playing soccer! Joel lives with his mother and father in the Gulu district of Northern Uganda. He was previously sponsored, but unfortanately his sponsors left the program.

Jovana recently started her first of six years at secondary school, on her way to completing her high school education. She lives with her mother in the Gulu district of Uganda. Jovana tells us that her favorite subject to study in school is English. When she grows up, she dreams of becoming a nurse.

Emma is nearly finished with high school! She needs only to finish "Senior 5" and "Senior 6", the last two years of secondary school. She is currently about half way through Senior 5. Emma tells us that her favorite subject to study at school is Math and accordingly when she has finished school she wants to become an accountant. Emma lives with her mother, Lanyero Concy, in the Gulu district of Uganda.

This little girl's full name is Mercy Harriet Apiyo. She lives with her guardian, Opwonya Cealer in Gulu district in Uganda. Mercy Harriet is in her fourth of seven years at primary school. Her favorite subject is English and when she grows up she wants to become a doctor.
